First workshop Budva, Montenegro - Security Transitions in the Western Balkans -From Conflict Zone to Security Community?

From 20 to 23 February Analytica’s Foreign and Security team participated in the first workshop of the “Security Transitions in the Western Balkans - From Conflict Zone to Security Community?” project. The project aims to address and answer the question, to what extent the Western Balkans can be considered as a Security Community.

 
 

TACSO Training on Advocacy 2nd part - Kocani Gradce 5-6 February 2011


Sonja Risteska took part in the second workshop on advocacy and lobbying organized by TACSO in Kocani, Gradce from the 5th until the 6th of February 2011. The aim of this work shop was for each organization to present its action plans on advocacy that were given in the first workshop in Bitola and get feedback from the trainers and the rest of the participants.

Mapping and Monitoring SSR in the Western Balkans – 7th methodological workshop on Consolidation on findings 14-17 December, Kolasin, Montenegro

Ivan Stojanovski, junior researcher in Analytica, attended the 7th methodological workshop in Kolasin Montenegro from the 14th until the 17th of December 2010, which is a part of the “Civil Society Capacity Building to Map and Monitor Security Sector Reform in the Western Balkans” project. The event was organized by the Centre for Democracy and Human Rights CEDEM from Montenegro.

 
 

Analytica's retreat Bansko Bulgaria, 18th-19th of December 2010

The members of the Founding Council together with Analytica’s staff had a retreat from the 18th until the 19th of December 2010 in Bansko Bulgaria. The plans for the following three years as well as the research and activities plans for the year 2011 were discussed together with the accomplishments of each programme for 2010.
